Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them: Young versions of Harry Potter characters likely to appear in spin-off

If you had any concern that Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them wouldn’t attempt to reference as many Harry Potter characters as possible, rest assured the cast and crew are attempting to link the two in as many ways as possible.

In an interview with MTV, Fantastic Beasts stars Alison Sudol (Queenie) and Dan Fogler (Jacob) spoke about the possible inclusion of characters such as Dumbledore.

While the wizard may have been mentioned in the trailer already, Fogler hinted - as in, he basically said it outright - that he will appear in the film.

“As the stories go along, you will hear mention of your favourite characters,” he said, “And you may meet their young counterparts along the way.”

along the way.”

Already this week, Draco Malfoy and Ginny Weasley have been confirmed for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child - the theatre production and next part in the series.

Eddie Redmayne will star in Fantasitc Beasts, alongside the likes of Colin Farrell, Katherine Waterston, Ezra Miller, Samantha Morton and Jon Voight. The film reaches UK cinemas on 18 November.

Top Best Hermione Moments & Quotes That will Inspire you!!

"Don’t you dare call Hagrid pathetic you foul you evil".

"Hermione!" said Ron weakly and he tried to grab her hand as she swung it back.
"Get off Ron!".
Hermione pulled out her wand. Malfoy stepped backward. Crabbe and Goyle looked at him for instructions, thoroughly bewildered.
"C’mon," Malfoy muttered, and in a moment, all three of them had disappeared into the passageway to the dungeons.
"Hermione!" Ron said again, sounding both stunned and impressed.” - Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.

“Just because it’s taken you three years to notice, Ron, doesn't mean no one else has spotted I'm a girl!” - Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

Hermione launched herself forwards and started punching every inch of him that she could reach. 'Ouch - ow - gerroff! What the - ? Hermione - OW!'

“Well, obviously, she's feeling very sad, because of Cedric dying. Then I expect she's feeling confused because she liked Cedric and now she likes Harry, and she can't work out who she likes best. Then she'll be feeling guilty, thinking it's an insult to Cedric's memory to be kissing Harry at all, and she'll be worrying about what everyone else might say about her if she starts going out with Harry. And she probably can't work out what her feelings towards Harry are anyway, because he was the one who was with Cedric when Cedric died, so that's all very mixed up and painful. Oh, and she's afraid she's going to be thrown off the Ravenclaw Quidditch team because she's flying so badly." A slightly stunned silence greeted the end of this speech, then Ron said, "One person can't feel all that at once, they'd explode.” - Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.

TOP QUOTES OF HERMIONE:

“Books! And cleverness! There are more important things - friendship and bravery and - oh Harry - be careful!”
“You do realize that your sheets are changed, your fires lit, your classrooms cleaned, and your food cooked by a group of magical creatures who are unpaid and enslaved?”
“This sort of thing is exactly what Dumbledore was talking about. You-Know-Who’s only been back two months, and we’ve started fighting among ourselves. And the Sorting Hat’s warning was the same - stand together, be united.”
“Harry, Voldemort is taking over the Ministry and the newspapers and half the Wizarding world! Don’t let him inside your head too!”
No, Harry, you listen, we’re coming with you. That was decided months ago – years, really.”
“I’m a mudblood! Mudblood, and proud of it! I’ve got no higher position under this new order than you have, Griphook! It was me they chose to torture, back at the Malfoys’!”

“We will fight! We’ll have to, to reach the snake! But let’s not lose sight now of what we’re supposed to be d-doing! We’re the only ones who can end it!”
